Mariana Castaño Cano, journalist, expert in climate communication and founder of the communications consulting firm 10 Billion Solutions, contributes to Radio France International's programme En Primera Plana. Many delegates and civil society organizations attending the UN Climate Change Conference expressed their "profound disappointment" with the decision that falls short in addressing the climate emergency.
